Shipping and Returns


This website incorporates a UPS / FedEx / USPS Quick Estimate Shipping System Calculator. What this means is that all shipping costs are automatically calculated with approximate shipping charges based on your "ship to" address for smaller items, small packages and other types of normal ground shipments. Unless a SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for orders processed through and unless otherwise stated by the purchaser or customer at time of order entry. If you do not specify signature requirements and add details to the special instructions section at checkout then you agree that no signature is required by the shipper - FedEx, UPS or USPS. They will will deliver or drop the package off at your front door and we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after the package is considered delivered.


If shipping your item to a residential address, there is an additional charge by all US Freight Carriers and pricing can vary from $ 67.50 to $ 97.50 depending on your location and the servicing LTL Freight Carrier, Freight Interline Shipping etc. We will find the best / lowest freight quote before your order is processed, and notify you of same. We attempt to use only freight carriers with direct shipping points to our clients for best results and least amount of handling and damages.

PLEASE READ: Some of the larger items we sell such as Feeders, Tripods and Blinds ship on freight line trucks. We will email or call you with the exact shipping quote for your order to a business address or closest freight terminal for pick up and will call by you. If you are buying a feeder or blind online you must use the Quote / Customer Call Back Form. A representative of will contact you within 24 – 48 hours of submission or product purchase online to give you an exact total of your order. Only carriers with direct shipping points are contracted.

NOTE from BigDaddy: (*1) Most feed stores will accept delivery of your feeders / blinds close to where you hunt, as long as you are doing business with them and buying their feed; (*2) Many local freight terminals are within easy driving distance and will call / pick-up at their dock can be the easiest method for loading onto your trailer or truck etc. (*3) Most Co-Ops have docks and will work with you on receiving a shipment as you are helping support the local economy.

We reserve all rights to determine all best fullfillment strategies for best shipping preferences, product order availability, fastest order fullfillments, and best methods and means as determined by us to fullfill your orders.



Original items MUST be returned first, in order to exchange defective or damaged parts. HuntSports will not replace merchandise (without charge) unless the item is returned at the time of exchange. If merchandise is defective, the customer will be refunded the full replacement part price after parts are returned and tested. PLEASE NOTE: We have 48 hours from the time of delivery to file a damage claim with the courier so please inspect all packages at the time of delivery or simply REFUSE THE SHIPMENT IF THERE IS VISIBLE DAMAGE - Always confirm the item box count before signing the driver's paperwork to be certain you are not signing for boxes you did not receive [ If boxes are "damaged" please note any damages or shortages on the drivers paperwork, OR REFUSE SHIPMENT IF NECESSARY ]. FROM BigDaddy - Simply refuse any package with significant exterior damages.

Defective and / or Faulty, DOA (dead-on-arrival) or incorrect merchandise shipments will be picked up at our cost for replacement or refund. Please call for a Rreturn Authorization Number [RA#] . All warranted merchandise must be returned within warranty time limit provided by the manufacturer. Warranty periods vary by manufacturers. Returns must be processed to proper authorized return facility or destination. Please call for a Return Authorization Number.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from you may return the product for a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided it was not a "special order" item; There is a 15% to 25% restocking fee on all products returned; Merchandise needs to be in new condition and in the original unopened / unused packaging; If merchandise is in used or worn condition, we will ship the item back to you at your cost; Shipping charges are non-refundable.
