SMALL PACKAGE ITEMS 

Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive after the order has been placed; The reason is product inventory and location; Deliveries outside of the continental United States are shipped USPS, and may take up to 4 weeks. Shippers include FedEx, UPS, USPS. Most items have tracking available, with the exception of USPS shipped items. Packages may be left outside the front door and may not require a signature for delivery. If you require special delivery conditions, please notify us at Info@HuntSports.com 

Premium shipping and delivery may be available for certain items; Delivery of Premium Shipping Items usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive after the order has been placed. Shippers include FedEx, UPS, USPS. Most items have tracking available, with the exception of USPS shipped items. A signature may be required for delivery. Saturday deliveries may be available. No Express or Overnight Delivery is available at this time;

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from HuntSp[orts.com, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all products returned.
  • Merchandise needs to be in new condition and in the original unopened packaging.
  • If merchandise is in used/worn condition, we will ship the item back to you at your cost.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please call (719) 531-0961 EXT 112  or email Info@HuntSports.com to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the product back to us.

LARGE ITEMS / OVERSIZED / LTL FREIGHT

Some of the larger items we sell such as Feeders, Tripods and Blinds ship on a truck. We will email or call you with the exact quote to ship your order to a business address. If shipping to a residential address, there is an additional $ 37.50 minimum charge. The freight varies depending on your location. We will have to get a freight quote before your order is processed.  If you are attempting to buy a feeder or blind online, you must Email or Call For A Quote. A representative of HuntSports will contact you within 24 hours of submission to give you an exact total for your order.

NOTE: Most local feed stores will accept delivery of your feeders close to where you hunt, as long as you are buying their feed!

Most major freight carriers have terminals throughout the 48 States; Some destinations may be served with interline / local LTL (Less Than a Truckload) carriers, who will make the delivery. The average transportation time is 10-15 days, but time can vary based on length of transport and location type (primary, secondary, or remote), for example. Also, some items can be delayed due to specialty processing ( items custom made to order ). The delivery company will call and schedule the time for the delivery, usually Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and attempt a delivery within a 4-hour delivery window.

A signature is required for delivery. Please inspect your order thoroughly before accepting and/or signing for your delivery and note any box damage on the Bill of Lading before the driver leaves.

Please include a VALID daytime phone number in the shipping information during checkout so that the delivery company can reach you to set up a delivery appointment.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY ( Normal LTL Type ) Curbside delivery is an exterior delivery and is also the most common of all levels of Freight Truck Delivery. Delivery agent will unload your items from the truck, to your curb ( if residential ) or on your dock ( if commercial ) but will not move the items inside your home or business. You must have the ability to move your items at the time of delivery. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

COMMERCIAL RATES.  This service is available to a commercial business address, and requires access to an unloading dock. The driver will move the item to the back of the truck, and the dock workers will have to unload the truck ( may require equipment to unload ). Drivers do not assist with the unloading, unpacking, set-up or clean up. Any other services such as dry area, white glove services etc. are an extra charge to the Member and are payable to the shipping company.

HuntSports Satisfaction Guarantee

Every item in our on-line catalog comes with HuntSports Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely of Lading before the driver leaves. Please include a VALID daytime phone number in the shipping information during checkout so that the delivery company can reach you to set up a delivery appointment.satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll do everything to do what it takes to make it right! If it’s something we did wrong, then a refund of your money or an exchange may be in order; If the problem is out of our control, we ask that you understand, and know that we will help. If the problem is related to the shipper ( UPS / Freight Line ) then we will assist you with claims handling to whatever extent we can do so. New items with Manufacturers Warranty are sold under the terms and conditions of the MFG'S policies only and most require buyer to handle warranty directly with MFG'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT; you are required to get a manufacturers RA# (Return Authorization Number) and return item directly to warranty services point unless otherwise specified in description;

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Original items MUST be returned to exchange faulty or damaged parts. HuntSports will not replace merchandise (without charge) unless the item is returned at the time of exchange.

If merchandise proves to be faulty, the customer will be refunded the full replacement part price when the bad part is returned and tested.

Damaged or dysfunctional equipment should be removed from the field IMMEDIATELY and returned before the expiration of the warranty period. Boss Buck products come with a one-year warranty from date of purchase, two years on the Simple Set Timer.

  • We have 48 hours from the time of delivery to file a damage claim with the courier so please inspect all packages at the time of delivery or as soon as possible after receiving.
  • Always confirm box count before signing the driver's paperwork to be certain you are not signing for boxes you did not receive.
  • Note any damages or shortages on the drivers paperwork if possible.
  • Simply refuse any package with significant exterior damage.
  • Faulty, DOA (dead-on-arrival) or incorrect merchandise will be picked up at our cost for replacement or refund.
  • All warranted merchandise must be returned within warranty time limit provided by the manufacturer. Warranty period will vary by manufacturer.

 

Returns are accepted directly by us only if the item you purchased is not the item you received; No Returns Allowed on items sold as "used", "as is", "where is", or "pre-owned"; We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week; Normal handling time is within 5 days of cleared payment. Drop Shipments may take a bit longer. 

If the package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Relations at  HuntSports (719) 531-0961 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Most hunting type products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer or the manufacturers repair facility for replacement or repairs.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed or refunded; The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

All items advertised are warranted against defects in workmanship and / or materials by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified; Most manufacturers warranties, received with the product, will override our own. In any case, unless otherwise specified, the item must be returned per outlined details in your item packaging; We cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced paperwork; Some items such as close-outs, field tested units, downloadable IT items are non-returnable.

Standard UPS / USPO Shipping:

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-9 business days after the order is received. Some orders are shipped direct from suppliers and distributors. We cannot control all shipping and handling times by others and your understanding in this matter is appreciated in advance. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Street address is required and large and oversize items such as deer and wildlife feeders may require additional charges or shipment via LTL Freight Carriers. Overnight or Air Express is not available at this time. Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are extra; Business days do not include weekends or holidays; All orders must be paid in U.S. Funds by PayPal, or international money order or by credit cards. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders. Additional shipping charges may be required on oversized items

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will accept international orders and welcome the opportunity to fulfill your hunting product  sports needs. Please understand there are some restricted items that we cannot ship. We do not ship ammunition, any component of ammunition, chemicals, laser bore sights, bipods, night vision or any gun parts (including magazines). Rifle / handgun scopes and mounts are dependent upon the country of destination. There may also be other items restricted due to guidelines set by United States export laws. The above listed items require an export license and HuntSports does not ship any item that requires an export license. Some brands cannot be exported due to regulations or by the manufacturer; 

All international orders have an $12.99 service charge, in addition to regular shipping and insurance charges. If an item requires additional export paper work to ship out of the country, or if additional paper work is needed for the item you are ordering an additional service charge of $24.99 will apply to the order, in addition to regular shipping and insurance charges.

We ship by Priority Mail International ( USPS ) or UPS; You can calculate the charges by visiting www.usps.com. UPS rates are calculated by weight, dimensions, and dollar value and are calculated on a "by order" basis. For courier and customs forms requirements, we must have a telephone number. We do not refund any shipping charges on returned items.

Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, wire transfer ($20.00 additional service charge), or money order or bank check drawn on a US bank in US funds. If paying by credit card with your first order, and the order is $ 200.00 or more, we require a copy of the credit card and another form of identification faxed or emailed before the order will be processed. All fees for customs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange rates are automatically figured on credit card orders. This will show on your credit card billing statement.

We can ship to a United States address. However, your international billing information, that matches the credit card, must be listed on your order. If the billing information does not match the credit card information we will not ship the order.
